Primatics provides accessories and services for all of our positioning products. We offer a variety of cables to connect Primatics and third-party stages to our motion controls. We also offer stacking, cable management, mounting structures, special testing and environmental modifications. Contact us for more information.

Standard Length of all cables, unless otherwise noted is 12ft.

Most Primatics motion controls and pre-wired positioning stages use an industrial 28 position circular connector.

Mounting brackets are available for PLG110, PLG160 & PLG210 Series linear positioning stages. Mounting options for other positioning stage and multi-axis configurations are available upon request. Services

We offer a variety of services for single and multi-axis configuration to simplify the integration of our products into your application. Below are just a few of these services. See the Custom Motion page for examples or contact us for more information.

Stacking

From simple XY configurations of 2 linear stages to more complex XYZ or XY-Theta applications, we can pre-assemble the stack to your specifications.

Cable Management

In multi-axis configurations the electrical cables to the moving axes often need to be routed and constrained to prevent cable damage. We offer a variety of cable management solutions for 2 or more axes.

Mounting Structures

For many precision applications the structure upon which the stages are mounted plays a very critical role in the performance of the system. Contact us about a customized granite or fabricated mounting structure for your application.

Special Testing

Take advantage of our metrology equipment and methods for special test data. If your application uses calibration from mapped data, we can collect the data for you in a format that meets your needs. We collect measurements for linear repeatability and accuracy, angular repeatability and accuracy, and roll, pitch, and yaw measurements.

Special Environments

Many products can be configured or prepared for operation in special environments. All positioning stages are available with cleanroom options, and many products can be prepared for vacuum operation. Contact us for more information.
